بروتين ملت بوكت 🧀Protein melt pocket المقادير والطريقة: • 3 قطع تورتيلا بروتين نقسمهم الى نصفين • 300غ صدور دجاج مشوية مع: ملح، بودرة ثوم، وجبنة بارمزان • الصوص: حبة فلفل احمر محمصة فالفرن لمدة ساعة نقشرها ونضيف لها ملعقة زيت زيتون، فصين ثوم وملح ونخلطهم • نخلط الدجاج مع الصوص ونوزعهم على انصاف التورتيلا ونشكلهم على شكل مثلثات • بعدين نحطهم فصينية ونغطيهم بجبنة موزاريلا • ونخليهم فالفرن لمدة 10 دقايق تقريبا على درجة حرارة 180 الى ان تذوب الجبنة
